My kids love this! It’s super fancy and is a nice change from sparkling white grape juice. Make it in a half-gallon jar, unless you have lots of people, in which case double it for a normal Lark gallon size.
Elderflower Cordial
Serves 10 (in a 10-ounce kiddie glass filled halfway with ice)
1 ½ cups St. Steve’s Elderflower Cordial (available at Mud Lake Farm) or other non-alcoholic elderflower cordial
6 ½ cups club soda
Lemon slices for garnish
In a half-gallon container, combine elderflower cordial with 6 cups club soda.
Serve immediately with lemon slices in a cute pitcher. Pour in 10-ounce glasses filled halfway with ice.
