Artichoke Bubbly

Artichoke Bubbly
Serves 20 (in 10 oz. rocks glasses, filled halfway with ice)


2 c Mineral Water (my new obsession is the super bubbly Topo Chico!)
4 ¼ c Cynar (1 Liter bottle)
10 c Prosecco (about three 750 mL bottles)
2 lemons, cut in half lengthwise and sliced thin

Combine in order given right before serving!  Serve with ice on the side and garnish with slices of lemon if you have them on hand!
