Grapefruit Basil Daiquiri
(serves 10 in a 10 oz. rocks glass filled with ice)
18 basil leaves
4 c grapefruit juice
3 c white rum
½ c honey (warmed in the microwave for 40 seconds so it’s warm and easier to mix into the rum)
Muddle the basil leaves with the back of a wooden spoon in a large serving pitcher. Add grapefruit juice and rum, muddle a bit more, and then stir in the honey for a few minutes until completely mixed! Serve over ice in rocks glasses, and ENJOY!
