Grapefruit Basil Daiquiri

Oh no, daiquiris are not always frozen. Also, please may we just have this one for breakfast? After all, it is LARK breakfast week!.

Grapefruit Basil Daiquiri
(serves 10 in a 10 oz. rocks glass filled with ice)

18 basil leaves
4 c grapefruit juice
3 c white rum

½ c honey (warmed in the microwave for 40 seconds so it’s warm and easier to mix into the rum)

Muddle the basil leaves with the back of a wooden spoon in a large serving pitcher. Add grapefruit juice and rum, muddle a bit more, and then stir in the honey for a few minutes until completely mixed! Serve over ice in rocks glasses, and ENJOY!
