Lark Smoothie

This is a LARGE serving. It’s going to scare you how big it is -- but you can do it! You can drink the whole thing because it will keep you full and happy all morning. My biggest thanks to the women of the Nourish to Flourish Society for teaching me how to combine the right amount of everything to make one great breakfast. You can substitute any nut milk or fruit, but I like this flavor and texture combination the best.

Basic Best Smoothie
(approximately 3 cups to serve one)

1 c frozen mango
¼ c frozen whole leaf spinach (like this one from Trader Joe’s)
1 c almond milk
1 T honey
1 T lemon juice
1 T Great Lakes Collagen
½ t salt
1 t Pruvit MCT oil


Combine everything in a high power blender and pulse until mixture is completely smooth.
